At Border Goods, your satisfaction matters. Due to the nature of health and personal care products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mybordergoods.com with your order number and a photo of the product received. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
